Remembering Sam - First Anniversary, November 16, 2020 (1 of 2)

Place: Oahu, Hawaii

Her family had a very nice memorial and dedication of Sam's ashes at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Besides 13 members of her family we had two very special guests: Rev Buck who presided in Sammy's parents' wedding; and Richard, recipient of one of her donor organs.

A beautiful hillside Pacific Ocean and Ko'olau Mountain views will help bring peace to those who visit her for many years to come.

Some of Sam's own handwriting and scribbles were showcased in this beautiful frame.

Two of the memorial service themes were: Joy & Heaven. She is experiencing both right now as she "...dwells in the house of the LORD forever." (Psalm 23:6). This picture was shown at the memorial to recognize the most important decision Sammy ever made: declaring her love to Jesus Christ. She is now experiencing His love in person. Can't wait to reunite with her there!
